Ok, I need to get back in the kitchen. My freezers are too empty right now.
I’ve vowed to make burpees a part of my daily workout. They’re brutal but effective, and as I like my workouts to be as short as possible they seem to fit the bill. I’m not sure of any exercise known to mankind that can get your heart racing and your body sweating as much as burpees can.
Except maybe trying to run up a hill with a piano strapped to your back.
Envy is a cruel mistress, but I am rather envious of this guy. No shame in that.
